Hello Everybody!

The Corner Pocket Local Music Radio Program joined the Hollow Earth Team back around Turkey-Time last year! We are SUPER DUPER STOKED to join our fellow HER’ers to bring you exciting music and audio sounds that blast your mind with new refreshment! The Corner Pocket Local Music Program is a ten year running radio show that was at home on 89.3 KUGS-FM Bellingham for most of the years. The show focuses on the newest and bestestest of tunes from NW Washington, meaning mostly music from Bellingham/Whatcom County, Mount Vernon/Anacortes/Skagit County and some of those grand island areas our state is blessed with. Tune in every Thursday from 2-4pm, or Saturdays from 5-7pm, for great music you’ve never heard before, including live performances and guests from the lovely land of the north!

Today, we wanted to present to you the first of several FREE local music compilations that we have been associated with over the years. This first Corner Pocket compilation was released on Valentines Day almost three years ago, and though a lot of these bands no longer exist, some are still around and others have dissolved and been recreated as new bands playing today. This is a good look at a representative sample of Bellingham music circa 2005. We hope you enjoy it and please tune in to hear the latest from this beautiful part of the country!
